Eligibility

Minimum Class 10 pass; higher qualifications welcome. Open to male and female candidates, freshers and experienced applicants across India, subject to vacancy and location availability.

Indicative monthly compensation

Starting at approximately ₹35,000 per month, subject to applicable company policy. TA/DA and mobile expenses are as per company policy.

The disclosed salary eligibility requires at least 50% completion of assigned tasks, measured against tasks assigned under the applicable company policy.

Responsibilities

  • Visit communities and explain community development and Ummiid.
  • Help establish and develop local communities.
  • Explain fundraising and crowdfunding opportunities to interested people.
  • Support campaign information, lead generation and community needs.
  • Help interested donors understand donation processes and campaign information.
  • Follow company policies, donor privacy requirements and applicable laws.

Selection and joining process

  1. 01Complete the online CDE application.
  2. 02Pay the one-time online test fee.
  3. 03Receive test communication by registered email or WhatsApp.
  4. 04Attend the online test.
  5. 05Attend an interview if shortlisted.
  6. 06Receive an offer letter if selected.
  7. 07Report with the offer letter and complete the appointment process.
  8. 08Complete approximately 1–2 days of training.
  9. 09Begin assigned field duties after appointment and onboarding.

Regular online tests are held on the 5th and 20th of each month. Choose a preferred date in the application; the confirmed schedule will be communicated by email or WhatsApp.
